REPULSIVE STRIFE...TOURING NOW

Os Repulsive Strife nasceram a 16 de Outubro de 2003, quando três amigos, Andreia, Pina, e Rijo se juntaram numa sala de ensaios na Póvoa de santa iria. Tínhamos todos 15 anos de idade. Passado cerca de um ano juntou-se a nós o guitarrista Daniel e pouco tempo depois o baixista André. Neste momento, a formação ficou definida com o Pina como vocalista. Demos o primeiro concerto a 14 de Janeiro de 2005 com a banda Unreflected. Em 2006 o Daniel abandonou a banda e no mesmo ano entrou o guitarrista Johnny. Com a entrada de Johnny, a maturidade e criatividade da banda foi crescendo e a composição de músicas originais começou a ser levada bastante mais a sério. No verão de 2007 surgiu-nos a oportunidade de começar a trabalhar com um grande amigo e entusiasta da banda, André “Joyzi”, baterista de Sicksyco e TNT - Tributo ao Rock, que assumiu o management da banda. Com a ajuda do Joyzi começámo-nos a preparar para entrar pela primeira vez em estúdio, o que aconteceu no final de 2007. Em 2003, três amigos tinham o sonho de ter uma banda, algo que estava muito distante de se tornar realidade, mas com o tempo, amizade, empenho, dedicação e humildade se compôs, e culmina em 2008 no lançamento do primeiro EP intitulado “Web of the Endless Beliefs”.
Repulsive Strife started off on October 16th 2003, when three friends, Andreia, Pina and Rijo got together at a studio in Póvoa de Santa Iria. They were 15 years old at the time. One year later, a guitar player called Daniel (El) and a bass player, André joined the band. At that moment the band felt complete! We gave our first show on January 14th 2005, sharing the stage with Unreflected. In 2006 Daniel left the band and in the same year johnny joined us! Johnny made us grow and our creativity theived. In the summer of 2007 we had the opportunity to work with a great friend of ours: André (Joyzi), the drummer of Sicksyco and TNT (a rock tribute) who became our manager. With Joyzi's help, we started to prepare our first EP, what happened in 2007. Now, in 2008 we lauched our first work ''Web of the endless beliefs''.
