Laughing Bell is composed of four individuals, each with an objective to compose and perform music that they feel is worthwhile. Formed in a local venue in the summer of 2004 in Eau Claire, WI, Laughing Bell continues to write, perform and record music in the city of Minneapolis, MN.
Laughing Bell's sound has been described as progressive and experimental in nature. Over time their music has evolved into something completely unexpected; they began to travel a decidedly different musical path in the months following the release of their debut record. Their hopes is that their influences will continue to progress with each album, allowing their sound to evolve and adapt with them.
After a year of writing, performing, exploring, and an extended transitional period of moves and changes, the band recently began the recording process for their second release: One Morning in the Year 1983.
