Rock 'n roll enthusiasts Anna Barie and Jin Moon, better known as her alter-ego, Jinners, started OTM in March of 2003 as a series of monthly parties to bolster and promote up-and-coming bands in the New York music scene.
OTM quickly established itself as a well-respected force in New York City's indie music scene by hosting unparalleled shows with bands like Ratatat, Fiery Furnaces, The Moldy Peaches, On!Air!Library!, Pela, Say Hi To Your Mom, Bishop Allen, Folksongs for the Afterlife, The Boggs, Knife Skills, Awek, Dirty on Purpose, QATSI, Circle and Square, Grand Mal and more!
