A People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn, anything by John Irving or David Sedaris, A Different Mirror: A History of Multicultural America by Ron Takaki, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay, just finished reading "In A Sunburned Country" which was pretty good too. I just finished reading Jeff Chang's "Can't Stop Won't Stop" and Anthony Bourdain's "Kitchen Confidential." Thinking about reading Toure's "Never Drank the Kool-Aid"
