Hey I'm a down to earth chick who can best be described as classy, intelligent, poised... Major goals for this year are: regaining financial stability, getting back on track with my fitness, going back to college and being a better mom. That is the program. Self improvement project 2007.About me:I have to say, most people don't know the real me... I am so many things... Mostly I am a hard-working single parent who wants the best for my son. I am honest, loyal, true, a really good friend when you need one, a hopeless romantic, compassionate, understanding, loving, strong minded (also known as stubborn). I love speaking different languages, I'm fluent in Spanish, and working on my French. I recently got a new job that will allow me to use my language skills. Very cool! I love animals especially turtles!! I love to cuddle, stay up late talking on the phone, going to the movies... I love the way it feels to be held by a strong guy. I hate liars and fake people. Be yourself and say what is really on your mind. Is that so hard!? I believe in always being honest. It hurts worse to be lied to... That is the 1 way to be on my sh*t list... I have never been much for religion, even though I grew up going to church... I do believe in God and in being a good person, and helping people when I have the opportunity. I love to travel and I want to do that more with my son. I am really just looking for good real friends, no backstabbers please, good conversation, and if you interest me enough, I'll talk to you. Please don't ask me to add you without at least dropping me a line to let me know what's up. I have been told by a lot of people I am mellow. I like to take things as they come. I stress about a few things that maybe I should let go, but as a virgo I am a perfectionist, and I am the biggest critic of myself... But still I am a very playful person, flirtatious, fun, classy, always up for whatever, and more than anything I love to laugh. I am looking for Mr. Right. Could you be him? My Interests

ULTIMATE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP, PRIDE FIGHTING, the real stuff. Singing is my favorite thing in the world. I am in love with karaoke. I also love to travel, learn languages, eat different types of food especially SUSHI! yum! kickboxing (something I recently got into). Right now I am learning to play the guitar. I really have an interest in anything fun. I'm deathly afraid of heights, but I may consider skydiving one day, just to cure myself. I love a good challenge, and I'm spontaneous like that. I love mustangs, fast cars, antiques, music, hanging out w/ friends, boozing occasionally, spending time w/ my son of course, shopping, oh, do I love shopping, let me count the ways... But it's not all about the benjamins... Living comfortably is one of my biggest goals. :)

I'd like to meet:

Nice people. Mean people suck! Genuine people. I can't stand fake... if you use "like" for every other word, you are too ditzy for me to bother talking to. I am a workaholic, so if you can find time around my busy schedule to hang out or just shoot the shit that is cool with me. I have no prejudices except: I don't want drama, I have my own! However, I don't care about your ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, where you come from, my give a damn is busted! If you're cool all that doesn't matter. Let's talk!

Music:

I love all music. I think it is funny when people say, 'I like everything', and then they say 'except'... I love Rap, R&B, country, classical, celtic, hard rock, soft rock, oldies, polka (you're damn right, I'm part Polish, don't hate), opera, showtunes, salsa, meringue, reggae, jazz... It takes a special person to appreciate all music, and I'm that person ;)

Boondock Saints, The Departed, Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, The Wizard of Oz, Cheech and Chong, The Secret Garden, Lord of the Rings, Snatch, Bourne Supremacy, Billy Madison, All the police academy movies, SuperTroopers, Scary Movie, Office Space, Half-Baked, Shaun of the Dead, Wedding Crashers, Zoolander, Dodgeball, pretty much any Adam Sandler or Ben Stiller movie...

Television:

I am in love with the food network and HBO!!! Rachel Ray, Sopranos, Deal or No Deal, American Idol, Grey's Anatomy, and baseball :D CSI Las Vegas! The Coupling is hilarious... .. width="425" height="350" ....

Heroes:

God, anyone who could create all the beauty in this world in just 7 days, has my vote... Firemen, policemen, those who serve in the military. I support our troops always!!!! Even though I haven't always agreed with why we went over to Iraq in the first place, they are going to be there, so why not give them our full support??? So, if you are military, you are a definite add to friends list, in my opinion. Single mothers who hold it together w/o depending on a man. Keep on keepin on. Bob Marley, who has taught us that "the stone that the builder refused, will always be the head cornerstone." Hillary Clinton who still holds her head high after her husband's public scandal. She is the only woman who could make it as prez. Everyone on my myspace friendz list. You are all very special to me and know me very well and I love you all!!!
