Stay positive and friendly, Life's better that way

About Me

I grew up in Lafayette, IN. After High School I moved all over the country pursuing music. So far, I've had a number of songs in music based TV shows on VH1, MTV, ESPN, Fox Sports, E!, A&E, etc.. The music I'm posting here is for a solo record I'm putting together. This new solo record is completely solo, from the writing to recording and mixing. So far its been extremely rewarding but very time consuming to do every aspect of a song and record it too. I've been fortunate enough to work in the music industry (for Warner Bros. and now 20th Century Fox) and I've made friends over the years with some very talented people. So I decided to incorporate all of their influences on me into my first solo record...hopefully some good songs come from it. ABOUT ME (aka "the story"): I drove out to LA in 2000 from NYC to continue my career (journey) in music. I had no job prospects, no friends to crash with, and I'd never even been to LA before. And so far, I have been very blessed with how things have turned out. So for those who come here with a dream, it can come true. It did for me and I'm making a good living doing what I dreamed of in Jr. high school, Music. I like living in sunny LA, and I consider it home now. I've been in music since age 8. I've studied piano, violin, classical guitar, to name a few. I've lived in a lot of places; Japan, Indiana, Florida, Boston, NYC and now LA. On the weekends I like to surf, work out, jam with friends. Anyway, big thanks to so many of you, who have already been so supportive. AND please let me know if you put one of my songs on your page, I'll put you in my TOP group. Good karma flows back to you, say and do good things.............................................and so it bares repeating, Stay positive and be friendly, its contagious.

And it looks like screenwriter/director Scott Fessler will be coming down from San Francisco to shoot a music video for the song as well. I'll post the video when its done. NEW: I just add VH1 usage of 2 of my songs for HEAVY: The Story Of Metal. Its pretty that they used them under the guitar gods scenes, like Eddie Van Halen...check it out in my myspace videos section.
