I've worked the country clubs, the bars, a vegan/vegetarian new age hideaway in the mountians, the arenas and the catering routes. I've gotten burns, scrapes, stitches, and scars doing what I tell myself I love to do. But what happens when I burn out? Good lord I've just begun this phase of my career and already I get asked what will I do later? When I'm 'too old' or for that matter too broken - tendon-itis in my shoulders, hands and wrist not to mention my feet- awesome right?
