The Colour Band

First there was Conrad Williams, singin and strumming his spangly little guitar. Then there was Joby Ellis playing harp like tingliness. They combined back in 2006, but it was only when Matthew Sheldon joined the dastedly duo that things started hotting up. Grinding B-line Matty brought the groove with him and together the three of them ventured forth with all their musical might. Recently Howard Walmsley has been smacking down those drums like an untamed beast. Virile and potent he put the spark in sparkly and can be heard slamming away to his hearts content on The Colour Band's most recent creation, "Oh Wow". Based in South London, they meet and bond over their instruments on a regular basis. Having recently finished a few demo tracks and thrown them up on the myspace, they're lining up a string of gigs for the new year.
