I love love love to write. I have always had the spirit of writing in me. I am an avid reader of Black erotica & that is what I mainly write. I hope to write a bestseller one day with a fictional story of my life. Music would have to be my number 2. I grew up in church & the one thing that kept me awake besides my grandmother is music. I sang like no other & I still do.
There are so many people but I will keep it brief...1st would have to be 50 cent. I think he is one of the sexiest people in the world. I love when a guy takes care of his body and is a thug at the same time! LOL I also would like to meet Angela Bassett. To me, she is a very good example of a stong Black woman who takes care of herself as well. Last, but not least, Mary J. She has been through so many things and overcome them all only to succeed & use those events as a tool to help her become more successful in the music industry. I need to learn to do that. I would say Jesus or God, but that probably means I would be dead & I am not done living yet. :)
Almost anyone from Miami I like...almost! I love old school R&B. I think I was supposed to be born in the 60's or 70's. My taste in music is waaaay before my time. I like artists of today also. As far as hip-hop, of course, my future baby's daddy 50 cent & I love derrty souf stuff. My number one is gospel. Yolanda Adams has always been my idol if I have one. When I was singing in church, she was my inspiration, although I will never be that good.
I am very crazy when it comes to movies. I like horror/thriller, comedy, & kids movies! Totally different ends of the spectrum, right? I don't really have any favorites, but I can watch the Lion King over & over, Finding Nemo, & all 3 Saws.
Most of the time if I am watching TV, its on 1 of 3 channels...Nickelodeon (I like to get my Spongebob on), FX (I will watch Nip/Tuck reruns if I have to), & MTV (I love those challenges & Coral is definetly related to me in some way)
I've already finished all of Mary B. Morrison's collection so I am waiting on her to come out with something new. Zane is a big inspiration to my own writing. You know you are reading a good book when it makes you blush! LOL
My grandmothers (both) & mom are my heroes because despite all the crap they had to deal with, they always took care of their own, never let it bring them down & they didn't NEED a man to do anything for them (but I didnt say they didnt have one.)
