About Me

Hi there. I'm Paul. A 29 year old guy living in East Yorkshire, England. I work as a Graphic Designer in Hull ( Bungie Design ). I used to be lead singer in a band called Still Life, and then used to be the lead singer in Circus Envy with 4 of the original Still Life band members. Unfortuantely I left the band in April 2007 due to other commitments. But they're well worth going to see! I'll be back out there at some point doing some solo stuff so watch this space!!

My Interests

Besides the band I love my movies, as my DVD collection would testify to. I pick up my guitar when ever I can too. I don't play it (often) in the band, we already have people who are quite capable of that, so it tends to stay in my bedroom most of the time.

Movies, games, reading, drawing/painting and trying new things. Life would be boring with out a little something new every now and then!

I'd like to meet:

Anyone and everyone. The worlds a big place full of weird and wonderful people!!

Music:

I love Damien Rice, Coldplay, Dave Matthews and Counting Crows. They all pretty much do it for me. Bit of a soundtrack and classical freak too.

Movies:

As sad as it sounds I'm a bit of a Star Wars freak. I just love them. Don't get me wrong, I don't go to convensions and dress up or anything, just the movies! Love Kevin Smith movies, Mallrats and Chasing Amy being my favourites. Other movies I like are:

Television:

I'm getting a little bored with all the reality TV shows on at the moment. I love 24, Alias, Lost, Prison Break, Buffy and a couple of classics like Friends and Quantum Leap.

Books:

I'm currently reading Hidden Empire by Kevin J Anderson. I have plenty more lined up ready to go, Liking a bit of Sci-Fi-/Fantasy/Thriller/Horror at the mo. Harry Potter is awesome too, I know I'm 29, but I have the mind of a child when it comes to things like that. Catcher in the Rye is one of my favourites too.

Heroes:

This is a tricky one. I have people I admire such as Chris Martin and Damien Rice for their song writing and their absolutely amazing voices, Ryan Church and Stephan Martiniere for their amazing artwork. I could go on, but I'd start to get boring
