I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

Born in Longview, WA. Went to college, and more college, and ended up working in Olympia, WA, and becoming active in the community. Enjoying a change of pace now.

My Interests

Travel, wine tasting, food/cooking, Seattle Mariners baseball ... well, it's a struggle lately, but I do go to Spring Training... (and Tacoma Rainiers and Everett Aquasox farm teams)

I'd like to meet:

Interesting single gay men. I'm open to many types of men, however I generally like younger men and from different world regions and cultures.

Music:

Wide variety (pop seems kinda lame these days) Recently, I've purchased CDs of dance music (the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy CD), Las Vegas "Rat Pack," various classical music composers, various "best of" disks; and I've attended the Seattle Symphony and the Seatttle Opera. Most recent ... see my MySpace friends = Tokio Hotel for rock and Declan Galbraith for easy listening pop.

Movies:

Brokeback Mountain, the most honest film Hollywood has ever produced. And, the increadible cult film Sordid Lives, "A black comedy about white trash" that is now being made into a series on LOGO cable channel.

Television:

When I moved recnetly, I didn't order cable just to give myself a break from TV, but here was my answer before .... The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Simpsons, American Dad, The Family Guy, Drawn Together, Travel channel, Reruns of Seinfeld, Married with Children, Fraser, Will and Grace, Third Rock from the Sun, and Malcom in the Middle. Arrested Development was great when it was on (...and then off, and then on, and then off, and then on...). Now, however, they are making some of favorite shows available online, with few commercials, such as Keith Olbermann's Countdown, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and The Cobert Report. Very kewl, and the evening news is all online now too.

Books:

Authors: Tom Robbins, Jonathon Kellerman, Raymond Chandler. Books: Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, Hiroshima (Hersey), The Parable of the Tribes (Schmookler). Current events: Worse Than Watergate by John W. Dean. And I'm reading The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder by Vincent Bugliosi.

Heroes:

I don't think of anyone as a hero, but I've been inspired by many people, both famous and not famous.
