oh right, is it my turn now? okay, interests. tons! hockey (major habs fan) snowboarding, all lake/ocean sports, running, movies, museums, listening to gabriel morency's insane sports show - that somehow i've become addicted to, for reasons unknown to me. Editors Note: i'm in a fight with the show/host (he doesn't know it though..) and i am currently not listening (it's this whole thing -- and i really don't feel like getting into it right now..) i'll start listening again in the fall, when habs hockey starts. back to interests: going out in montreal, except to places like Globe, because they're still such assholes, its not even funny anymore. Editors Note: they've been nice to me lately. MESSAGE TO GLOBE RESTO/BAR - GET OVER YOURSELVES. back to interests: i like hiking and running, especially up to Mount Royal park, and sometimes yoga is cool, depends on my mood though. sometimes i fall asleep after yoga because it makes me a little too relaxed. oh! and i love taking acting classes with jackie mcclintock in mtl and toronto.
people who are: cool, creative, smart, playful, silly, interesting, amazing, funny, nice, adventurous, laid back, outgoing, professional, considerate, kind and they must have enormous hearts. also, they should spell well because i dont. i'm looking to build up my friendship circle. so if you want to hang out in montreal, toronto, la or scottsdale, i think that might be possible!
depends on my mood. ben fold five, jayz, rufus wainwright, the beatles, cher, counting crows, sheryl crow, simple plan, chantal kreviazuk (sp??) dire straits (romeo and juliet) feist, old school snoop dog and dr. dre, and many others, but i cant think of them right now.
gosh, my movies, huh? spanglish, shawshank redemption, somethings gotta give, wedding crashers, glen gary glen ross, anything by jane austin, most PBS masterpiece theatre specials, anything with hugh grant, al pacino, robert deniro, meryl streep, clive owen, wait - i need to come back to this...
ali g, drawn toegther, south park, curb your enthusiasm, sex and the city, nip tuck, the simpsons, scrubs...
the alchemist (in fact all paulo cohelo books) douglas coupland - who doesn't believe that he IS my soulmate. david sadaris, and ALL chic-lit books as well, yes that's right, ALL. something about a single girls life in an american city, rushing to get to the office while balancing her non-fat, half-cap mocka latte, is something i can identify with. i used to read the new yorker but then i stopped. i couldnt keep up. it felt like they deliver that magazine every 2 days! i used to read adbusters, because my roommate subscribed to it. i enjoyed it, i mean it's good, y'know.
