I have all kinds of interests, the obvious one is music. Love all kinds of music except country, opera and death metal. I love sports wether im home watching it on tv or im @ the actual game enjoying it with like minded people. I enjoy going to NYC to walk around and do some shopping or just to hang out in a coffee shop or in Washington Sq Pk. I also enjoy going to the movies. Lately my movie buddy is my son Adrian. We both love action flicks and all the Marvel comic movies coming to the silver screen. My other interests include computer's and gadget's, chinese decor and figuring out how things work. I know.... it sounds kind of corny but i like to excersize my brain.

...Persistence above everything else is the factor that enables us to reach our goals. There are so many talented and gifted people out there that know the right people and have the right skills but never reach their ultimate goals. The reason why these people don't reach those goals is because they lack Persistence!When you set out to reach a goal whether it be as simple as losing wieght, learning a new skill, or as complicated as trying to take over the world (LOL) or becoming the most famous DJ and Entertainment Mogul in the world((LOL) , you have to understand that there are going to be obstacles. You have to know that there will be people who will try to undermind everything you try to do. You have to realize that you'll get tired at times. You have to know that people will either doubt you, or even worse give you less then geniune support and love. You have to be ready to ride the ups and the downs of your journey and remember while you're up that there is most definitely going to be a down to follow.If you don't arm yourself with persistence through all of the above mentioned trials and tribulations aka BULLSHIT that you'll experience on you journey to reaching your goal then you're journey could either be really short....or even worse....you'll end up quitting right before you reach that goal.Persistence is the common denomenator that you'll find in everyone who is living out their dreams. There are people who have the skill and talent who should be on top but aren't, and their are people who don't have the talent and skill but are on top. The difference between the talented person who's not on top from the untalented person who is on top is that the untalented person stayed the course and hung on until they reached their goal.Persistence will get you through. Persistence won't protect you from the hurt and pain of rejection, criticism, losing, and anything else; but, persistence will help you quickly move past the hurt, pain, and sacrifice and power you on to the finish line.Remember....we all were born with the same tools. I have too many musical influences to name here. However i will name the ones who really influenced me and made an impression that will last forever.
First and foremost are 2 prolific DJ"s who were ahead of there time. Albert Cabrera and Tony Moran aka THE LATIN RASCALS.
The Latin Rascals became one of the first radio jocks to spin live mixes and incorporate remixes of there own work in there live sets. They used to spin for the
old 92 KTU before the station turned into K Rock.
Albert Cabrera owns his own studio and has made many remixes and dance hits we still hear today. Tony Moran became a singer and started doing freestyle music
back when the freestyle craze was hittin us hard. He now also owns his studio and
has recorded many dance hits as well.
The second and last D.J. who made an impression on me was the world famous
DJ Henry Knowles. I first met Henry when he was playing for the old Les Poulet in
New York City. He was the first salsa DJ i ever seen who actually mixed the music live. He left me in a state of shock when i saw how the crowd reacted to every mix
and every song he played. He worked the crowd and knew the music. I went home after that. Purchased my first cd mixer and began my career as a latin DJ.

I enjoy listening to all types of music. Salsa and R&b being my favorites.I do enjoy listening to other genres. Such as Hip hop, alternative, House, Tribal, Latin Jazz, Rock, Classic Rock and Oldies.
My personal collection consists of a wide range of music. Such as Nickleback, Evanescence, GnR, Stone Temple Pilots, The Eagles, Rage Against the Machine, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Bob Marley(no i dont smoke weed..lol)Vivian Green, Keisha Cole, The Roots, Justin Timberlake, Jay Z, Wyclef Jean, Nelly Fortado and some latin jazz by Poncho Sanchez.
Movies:
Favorite movies is hard to say. I own a pretty large dvd collection which consists of all types of great movies ranging from action adventure, horror, comedies, psychological thrillers and even some chick flicks. yes ladies i loved notebook. great story!!!!!!!
thrillers are probably my fave!!! i love a great, well thought out script and movies that make you think. Recently I saw "I Am Legend" with Will Smith. Lots of good suspense in that movie. I also enjoy sitting down with my children and watching Transformers, Rise of the Silver Surfer, Cars, Toy Story 1 and 2, Monsters Inc, and all the Spiderman movies. Im also a big fan of Jessica Biel so i have all her movies including Summer Catch.
Some movies i highly recommend include: Taking Lives, Runaway Jury, National Treasure, The Hurricane, The Illusionist, The Prestige and Kiss The Girls.
