The Teasemaids are an award-nominated Burlesque Troupe. We are a group of five like-minded girls who love to wiggle. See our calendar for upcoming gigs and our pictures for a taste of what we do. The Teasemaids met while on a covert mission at the London Academy of Burlesque. The Commander-in-Chief of the LAB, Ms Jo King (aka Goodtime Mama Jojo), continued to work with us to choreograph our first forays into the fabulous world of burlesque.
We have performed at an amazing variety of gigs, including: many appearances at the Bethnal Green Working Men’s club for events such as Hip Hip, Ohmygodimissyou and Toot Sweet; our second home Volupte for Afternoon Tease and Naughty But Nice; Bestival; Medium Rare; The Lovebox Festival; and The Brick Lane Art Car Boot Fair. We have performed with bands and live music. We also visited the fair city of Amsterdam to support Immodesty Blaize, and have performed in a special Teasemaid edition of “Mat Fraser’s Sex Cabaret†with Mat. We were nominated for the “Best Performance Artist†at the Erotic Awards 2006 and got to the final with Red Sarah and Lily Dumont.

Sienna Lately
Sienna had a disgraced patisserie owner as a father, as a result of this, Sienna grew up with a warped understanding on the uses of cream cakes...
At age 14, Sienna became an ‘upstairs maid’ to a rich French family who had a deeply troubled son with a sweet tooth. Sienna was infatuated with her work and all was well until the day when her young master refused the delicate raspberry roulade she served up to him rather coquettishly one afternoon.
Heartbroken, Sienna fled to England. There, she wandered the length and breadth of the country, reading risque novels in seaside tearooms, posing as a debutante, spending endless summers as an ice cream man’s muse.... Somehow she wasn’t fulfilled.
Joining the Teasemaids has filled that void - Behold! The face that iced a thousand buns - Ms Sienna Lately!!
Miss Murray-Perry
Trained by the Japanese Secret Service in the arts of seduction, Miss Murray-Perry was a successful Tease Agent for 3 years. After a number of supremely successful missions, including the infamous case of twirl espionage, she was rewarded with a medal and a very generous pension from her grateful employers.
Since then, Miss Murray-Perry, with great generosity, has shared her training with the world through the medium of Burlesque, though several of her techniques have had to be modified so as not to reveal National Secrets.
To this day Miss Murray-Perry can be seen in the finest clubs practising her deadly art.
Tallulah Mockingbird
A lady of grace, wit and no few charms, Tallulah Mockingbird hails from the Deep South - south of the equator, that is. She spent her childhood climbing trees, crossing streams and skipping stones with the boys on her Daddy’s farm. Until the day they noticed that she was... different.
Tallulah has been avoiding snakes in the grass from that time on. She hitched a ride to the city, bought herself some ostrich feathers, and started practising the divine art of the fan dance. After years training in seedy clubs and shadowy dives, she came to the attention of the Teasemaids and was drafted into their feathery embrace.
Staaletta Crème
The first born child of a shoemaker’s daughter and the chief trainer of the Swedish national equestrian team, she spent her youth equally at home amongst scraps of old leather and thorough-bred stallions. From this most contradictory of beginnings, Staaletta Crème has tried her hand at many arts, but found none so inspiring as the burlesque.
After a spell performing an intimate nightly show for a usurped prince (whose identity can never be revealed since both are wanted for treason by the secret police in his country), she was rescued from the clutches of the Vaudeville by a chance encounter in a fairground with the Teasemaids, who have welcomed her into the sparkly feathered fold, and taught her well.
Ella de Vamp
The newest convert to the Teasemaid cause is Mistress Ella de Vamp, a dark, shadowy woman, well versed in the arts of dance and… cheerleading. Ella recently hit the road to London Town, where she has henceworth proceeded to ensnare thousands in her thrall with just a flick of her hips and a shake of her pom-poms.
