About Me

The Dead Art is a five piece band from the lake George area. The five members Tim, Kieran, Chad, Dustin, and Zach came from many different musical influences including: Faith No more, Smashing Pumpkins, Sigur Ros, Coheed and Cambria, Glassjaw, It Dies Today, Fall Out Boy, Between the Buried and Me, Depeche Mode, and Deftones.Tim and Kieran have been working together for the last seven years in various bands; OSP, Ghosted, and Delta Sleep (circa 2002-2004). After a two year break the two along with former Killing Caroline bassist Dustin, former Invae guitarist Chad, and former Red, vocalist/guitarist Zach Rehm of Whitehall, NY have resumed writing.The group has currently finished recording 12 tracks for their debut album which will include two intrumentals. Final mixing and mastering of our tracks is currently finished. The band hopes to have the cd, titled Another Fleeting Moment, finished with a release date of June 22nd, 2007.
