I've been living in Hawaii now for over a year and absolutely love it. I graduated from culinary school in 2005, and that is what brought me to Hawaii. I've lived in 6 different states so far and also lived in Germany for 5 years. I love to travel and try new cuisines of the world. Especially spicy foods. I like to take the road less traveled. Like to take chances and see where life takes me. I believe that good things come to those who wait. I am a very blunt and honest person. Love to make my friends laugh. I tend to be sarcastic at times. Very loyal to my friends and family. I'm a workaholic, and I hope that one day I'll stop to smell the flowers. People see me as a competitive person, and I don't like to lose. Can be a girly-girl at times, but I love getting dirty. My Interests

Swimming, art, hiking, skiing, snorkeling, yoga, exercising, nature, wine, traveling, live music, sleeping in late, cooking, going to movies, good beer, discovering restaurants, anything to help prevent global warming

I'd like to meet:

People who like to think and live outside of the box. Old friends, sincere people, more friends to laugh with, people who like to work hard-but play harder, positive co-workers, people who actually give a shit. Possibly my future husband. And if I could one day meet Kevin Spacey or Clive Owen, that would make my day.

Moby, Faithless, Black Eyed Peas, Theivery Corporation, Beck, The Clash, Dishwalla, Tori Amos, Disturbed, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Frank Sinatra, classical, and any techno and electronica. If you want to kill me slowly play any country or oldies. I like music that gets down into you and makes you want to shake your ass off. It should have real feeling behind it, an intensity to it.

I don't think I could have a web page big enough to list all the movies I like. I prefer horror/suspense and romantic comedies. The Goonies, LOTR, Star Wars, Sleepless in Seattle, Shaun of the Dead, The Money Pit, Young Frankenstien, Election, The Sweetest Thing, Closer, Animal House, Underworld, Signs. Anything with Kevin Spacey, Joaquin Phoenix or Tom Hanks.

If I ever finish Kitchen Confidential, it'll be a miracle. Love Steven King books. Any books that increase my potential to be a better cook. Recently been reading about other religions and cultures, a lot about Buddhism.
