Mourn in Silence was formed in 1997 from the development of a precedent solo project by Andrea Mosconi,
In autumn 2000 Mourn In Silence enters the studio to start recording their
self-produced debut album "Light Of Misery", a concept album of the Angelic rebellion and the fall of Lucifer.
The album is released on september 2001, it's distribution gets left in the
hands of some indipendent record labels (Europe - Japan - Korea).
In the mean time, the band is supported live in the "Light Of Misery" tour
dates by Michele on drums, which currently cooperates with M.I.S.
On July/August 2002 the band started recording their second album
"Redemption", the successor of L.o.M. concentrating it's theme on the redemption. This album is done on a more complex guitar work and on a "heavy" sound, maintainig the symphonic death gothic/black metal characteristics of the band!
Redemption will be released on June 2003.
M.i.S. are currently busy in write/recording of the third act.
