Raggattack es un colectivo nacido en Girona (Spain) y activo desde el año 2003. Desde entonces se dedica a la promocion y difusion de la musica jamaicana en todas las vertientes posibles, organizando bailes y conciertos y mas directamente con las actuaciones de Raggattack Sound Station, donde ofrecen al publico largas sesiones llenas de energia y buenas vibraciones, donde predomina el early dancehall el rub-a-dub el raggamuffin el ska y el rocksteady, manteniendo la esencia del estilo jamaicano, combinando una buena seleccion de temas presentados con personalidad a traves del microfono, consiguiendo asi estar en pleno contacto con el publico.
En las sesiones de Raggattack tambien se pueden escuchar sus propias producciones, donde trabajan con artistas nacionales e internacionales, a la vez que un humilde repertorio de dubplates (temas exclusivos para el sound system).
Desde el primer momento han estado actuando tanto en Girona como fuera de la ciudad (Barcelona, Mallorca, Zaragoza, Madrid, Pamplona, Irun, Essen, Frankfurt...), desde pequeños bares musicales a grandes salas de conciertos, siempre con buena aceptacion por parte del publico.
Despues de mas de 5 años en activo, Raggattack apuesta cada vez mas por el publico de Girona, que dia a dia se acerca mas a la musica Reggae. Asi para poder potenciar artistas destacados de la escena Reggae-Dancehall nacional e internacional, Raggattack ha estado organizando una serie de bailes y festivales bajo el titulo de "Hot Reggae Parties", donde se ha podido disfrutar de artistas como Hermano L (BCN-Mallorca), Benjammin (UK-BCN), Chulito Camacho (Madrid), Mr Lezard (FR), Keefaz (FR), Banton (Costa Rica), Rolemodel (JA-UK), Lone Ranger (JA), Reggie Stepper (JA), Malijah (JA) o Suga Roy & Conrad Crystal (JA) Alton ellis (JA)......
Actualmente llevan la programacion de Reggae en la discoteca Blau de Girona, donde cada 15 dias organizan bailes invitando a varios sound systems y artistas de la escena nacional e internacional.
El trabajo realizado en Girona durante todo este tiempo por Raggattack ha impulsado y animado nuevos artistas y sound systems a hacer crecer la escena reggae, cada dia mas grande, de la ciudad y alrededores.
Raggattack esta abierto a todo tipo de propuestas y colaboraciones de todo aquel que este interesado en aportar ideas o proyectos relacionados con la musica jamaicana.

Raggattack is a crew born in Girona (Spain) and is active since 2003. Since then, Raggattack is working in promotion and diffusion of Jamaican music in all possible ways, organizing dancehalls and shows and more directly with Raggattack Sound Station performances, where they offer to the audience long sessions full of energy and good vibrations playing mostly Early Dancehall, Rub-a-dub, Raggamuffin, Ska and Rocksteady, and pretending to keep alive the essence of the Jamaican sound system style mixing a good selection of tunes presented with personality through the mic, so they can get closer to the audience.
In Raggattack sessions you can also listen their own productions (in which they work with national and international artists) as well as a humble compilation of dubplates.
Since the first moment, they've been performing in Girona City as well as other towns (Barcelona, Mallorca, Zaragoza, Madrid, Pamplona, Irun, Essen, Frankfurt...), in little musical bars as well as big venues, always good accepted by the audience.
After more than 5 years, Raggattack bets more on Girona audience, which day by day is getting closer to Reggae music. Nowadays they promote Reggae music in a venue called Blau (in Girona) where every 15 days they organize dance halls inviting many sound systems and artists, as national as international.
The work done in Girona by Raggattack during all this time has stimulated and encouraged new artists and sound systems to make the reggae scene grow in the city and surroundings.
Raggattack is ready to accept any kind of proposal and colaboration by anyone who can be interested in promote ideas or projectes related to Jamaican music.
