Hi there, I run the lable INFRACom! in Frankfurt, Germany and started deejaying in 1989 . Together with Stefan Hantel (Bocuvina Club) we formed the famous Frankfurt Club Lissania Essay in 1990, where I deejayed till 1992. By that time I left the club and founded INFRACom! as a mobile sound system, together with Namee Leonhard-Vaughn Together we organized many events interfacing music, art and theatre at different places in Frankfurt. In 1993 INFRACom! extended its activities into a record label and music publisher with artists like
[re:jazz], Jhelisa, Aromabar, Motorcitysoul, Shantel, Taxi, Meitz, Kosma, Cleveland Watkiss a.o. . I was co-founding the community radio station Radio X in Frankfurt but stopped broadcasting in 1997 to concentrate fully on the record label. From 1994 till 1998 Namee and myself published the nationwide Music magazine "Tribes of da Underground" (later called TRAXX).This year I started a festival named "jazznotjazz" . beside the festival we do jazznotjazz party / events with live concerts and dj..s here in Frankfurt from time to time. As a DJ and music lover I see my sets as a musical journey with exciting culminations which I prefers to celebrating the perfect mix: I..m not a purist regarding style but chooses to integrate the most different types of electronic and acoustic music in my sets. The feeling is important not the perfect beat. But the music should always have soul.
