About Me

My Interests

I like to do lots of things, mostly things that involve sitting inside. And sometimes talking. Or sometimes listening--including listening with my eyes, which some people call reading. Or with my ears, which is just called plain old listening. I also like to hang out with my friends. And animals, because they're kinder and more honest than regular people.

I'd like to meet:

Lovers and fighters. Readers. Porch sitters. Music snobs and theory whores. People for whom integrity is a MO. Cat lovers. Afternoon nappers. News junkies. Armchair revolutionaries. Funny, friendly types.

Movies:

The Royal Tenenbaums, Casino, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Goodfellas, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, The Neverending Story, Cleopatra, Raise the Red Lantern, Ju-on, Roman Holiday, Amores Perros, The Last Unicorn, Elizabeth, Sleeping Beauty, Spellbound, Farewell My Concubine, Gone with the Wind, Amelie, Maria Full of Grace, Dogville, the Princess Bride, The Godfather, Empire Records, Pride and Prejudice, Labyrinth, Lost in La Mancha, etc

Television:
