Hello, my name is Jasun. I have played with several bands around Oklahoma in the past four or five years and I have decided to begin recording some of my solo stuff. Music has been my passion since I was old enough to crawl to my fathers cassette tape collection and listen to 'steve miller band' or 'fleetwood mac' (to name a few early influences). I began playing bass when i was 14, and I took lessons for about three years. I picked up guitar probably about the time I was 18 or 19. I took classical guitar lessons at The University of Central Oklahoma as well as piano, voice, and several theory classes. My songwriting style is constantly changing as i improve as a musician and learn new techniques but one thing that will always remain the same is the heart, soul, and passion I put into my music. I use an artistic writing style in the same fashion that I would paint a picture or write poetry. I hope everyone enjoys my music.
