In the depths of suburban Chicago’s unfinished basements and pristine two-car garages, a lyrical genius was born…Emcee A.D.D. has been the breathing pulse of Chicago-land cyphers for years, while having captured the ears and tantalized the minds of many with his deranged, yet highly comical sense of lyricism. With witty lines like “I put girls in a circle when I wanna fuck around,” it’s no wonder why people had been impatiently waiting for him to get his ass into the studio and see what magic spermed out from that encounter. However, staying true to his emcee name, A.D.D. dicked around for years until finally teaming up with Jimmy Con and Ghost House in 2006. Jimmy and the GhostHouse crew became A.D.D.’s Ritalin as they forced him to focus on getting his boisterous, “tell it like it is” lyrics down on paper, and eventually, onto a CD (Still not Done). With tracks like “Turn the Lights Low” (featured on Chicago’s 1 Hip Hop station 107.5 WGCI) and “Rock It Man,” we see glimpses of A.D.D.’s manic and speedy delivery…not to mention that when they rock these songs in the club people go absolutely bonkers.A.D.D. and Ghost House will release their highly anticipated “Group Therapy” album in the next….. Month or two perhaps. Meanwhile, A.D.D. is finally focused enough to be working on his debut solo record where you can look forward to hearing an avant-garde brand of hip-hop served up with some classic A.D.D. flavor, and finished off with a side of narcissism.
