Music, Music, Music!!! I love to sing although I don't think I'm any good at it. I'd love to have a rockabilly band or country band again, one day. I absorb myself in anything entertainment related. I'm addicted to pop culture ( I guess that's why I felt the need to have a myspace page!! )
Anyone who I've had the pleasure of knowing in the past 30 years. Long lost friends who I have unfortunately lost touch with. Any of my old high school friends and especially my "billy" friends. I miss you all, dearly!!
Wow, where to begin. All "billy" music!! Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Hillbilly, etc..ic country such as Johnny Cash, George Jones, Buck Owens and the like. I love punk, rawk-n-roll, eighties hairbands, and anything that makes me want to drive fast. I love listening to old jazz and bebop as well as the "crooners" Dean, Frank, Sammy, Bobby, Vic, Mel, Julie, and Keely, etc. Really the only thing I'm not fond of is modern country music. I'm not crazy about rap, but I can handle it in small doses. Heck, I even like Showtunes!!
The Rocky Horror Picture Show, A Clockwork Orange, Swingers, Cry-Baby, Pirates of the Caribbean, SLC Punk, Quentin Tarantino movies, old horror movies, bad sci-fi movies, prison movies, High Fidelity, anything with Jack Black, John Cusak, Johnny Depp, James Dean, Tim Curry, Robert DeNiro, Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe, there's too many to mention.
Anything on VH-1, except Flava of Love. Law and Order (all of them), Teachers, Jackass, Dukes of Hazzard, Happy Days, Friends reruns, Good Times, What's Happening, Roseanne, My Name is Earl, The Office, Full House ( John Stamos is hot! ) Will and Grace, Nip/Tuck, The Muppet Show, Electric Company, 3-2-1 Contact, E! True Hollywood Story, Inked. I watch and have watched entirely too much TV in my lifetime!!
I love to read, I just don't have much time for it anymore. Mostly, I like to read about music and music history. I like to read stuff by the Beats. I love magazines!! Rolling Stone, Blender, Blue Suede News, Barracuda, Gearhead. Anything about Hot Rods, Tiki, rockabilly music, pinups, punks, drunks, and other hooligans of music and society!!
My wife and kids, my mother, anyone who goes after their dreams and doesn't limit themselves to the staus quo.
