Born as: Norrie Ray Whitaker AKA: N.O. Age: 21 Birthplace: Oakland, California Location: Sacramento, California Multi-faceted Norrie Ray Whitaker a.k.a. N.O. claims that he’s like no other. This Vallejo California, native has had his share of ups and downs. At a very young age, he had a child and had to balance his personal goals with his new family life. Forgoing on, is in the process of making a solo album. In 1998, he reunited with long-time friends Dange and D, and formed Soulja Boyz. His rhythmic flow and fusion of hype and smooth lends a different character to the Soulja Boyz. His passion to become a major artist someday is reinforced by his desire to be a positive influence on people’s lives. Coming from a large family, D has had his difficulties as well. Although he played basketball throughout high school and was an up and coming athlete, he was faced with unexpected circumstances. But also the light of his life, having his Baby boy Baby D. He remained positive and withstood the challenges that he faced. Determined and unfazed, D decided to pursue his musical career with the help of his Soulja Boyz crew. D has a knack for turning a bad situation into a humorous one. His outgoing and sociable personality mixed with his catchy delivery, smooth flow and comical antics imprint an unforgettable mark on the Soulja Boyz groove.
