After catering many small events for family and friend and receiving praise for many of his great tasting Signature dishes MAXIMUM CATERING COMPANY was developed .Some of his signature dishes include Southern-Mexican Macaroni& Cheese Breaded Chicken Parmesan & Grilled Mediterranean Platters. After awhile Chef Jerome moved to the Atlanta GA .area where he had an opportunity to work under Well-Known Celebrity Chef Ashley Clay. Cooking and serving for a variety of HIP HOP & R&B artist video shoots were some of the opportunities. Catering to Artist from Big Boy of Outkast (I BE ON THAT KRYPTONITE), and two of CRIME MOB's video shoots(STILETTO'S)AND (I'LL BEAT YA). After great feedback he later than serviced more artists such as 112 , and ludacris signed artist D.T.P on his Disturbing The Peace label which was directed by Hype Williams. After a year 1/2 of living in the Atlanta area Chef Jerome made the decision to move back home to New York to make his life long dream of owning his own restaurant and catering company come true.
