I used to have a huge list of bands up here but it started to annoy me, I can't be bothered to edit it every time I discover something new. My music taste is hugely varied, if you really can't live without knowing exactly what it is, ask me.
pretty much anything by Almodovar, spirited away, American history X, gossip, the princess and the warrior, the usual suspects, amelie, fear and loathing in las vegas, secretary, sex lies and videotape, city of god, goodfellas, casino, natural born killers, the dark crystal, high fidelity, American beauty - the list goes on and on and on. I also have a guilty liking for chick flicks like sliding doors but hate things like confessions of a teenage drama queen (tried to watch it once and lasted about 20 minutes if that!!) also not too keen on the really dumb slapstick comedy type films.
Not a huge TV addict but I do have some preferences: Grey's anatomy, Green wing, the mighty boosh, family guy etc.
I love a lot of kids books like the little white horse and the "his dark materials trilogy". Not just in to kids books, also like adult books. Bernard Cornwell is always pretty good, Arthur Conan Doyle (hound of the baskervilles was written at Cromer hall and based around a legend of the Norfolk coastline), in to the classics like pride and prejudice and Jane Eyre, post office by Charles Bukowski, the handmaids tale by Margaret Atwood, the bell jar by Sylvia Plath, in cold blood by Truman Capote and a whole bunch of other stuff that I can't remeber at the moment.
I have yet to decide on a suitable hero - who do you choose to idolise? tricky.
