About Me

My name is Nadine. I'm your typical struggling musician trapped in a world where stardom is defined not by talent but by how great your ass looks in a pair of designer jeans. If you want a nice ass, go somewhere else. If you want music, stick around. I might have something in store for you.
I will not change myself to conform with a corporate society. I will not take out my piercings and cover my tattoos for your benefit. You may think me trashy, or subpop trendy. Think what you want. I express myself in ways that resonate true within me. Music and body mods are just two of my more apparent outlets.
People say I wear my heart on the sleeve of my hoodie, and I have a bad habit of unintentionally tearing the fabric. I keep getting my heart broken, but I try to use that for inspiration. I love everyone and simultaneously hate most people. It's a strange misanthropic contradiction. But don't let that deter you from talking to me. Individual people, I like. It's society that gets to me.
Right now I'm working on a project with Nick Black of Nick Sessions. We're messing with genre boundaries with this one! Mixing acoustic guitars with spoken word/hip-hop lyric styles and harmonic melodies. We've already got a few songs written, and we're hoping to hit the studio to start recording in November-ish. Keep your ears open people! Nick Sessions!
Check out my band mates from past projects as well. We're really more of a trio of solo artists, but we work well together...when we can actually coordinate our schedules.

"Margerie’s wingspans are feathers and coke cans and TV dinners and letters she won’t send"

When my mother came back into my life after 11 years of not seeing her (and almost a lifetime of not really knowing her), I shut down at first.  I think, deep down, I knew it wouldn't turn out ri...

Hours pass, and he still counts the minutes that I am not there
