I read constantly. I read things over and over and I read like 5 books at a time. You Can't Win by Jack Black--it's my favorite book over and over again. Transmetropolitan, Sandman, Gloomcookie, Nightmares and Fairytales, His Dark Materials trilogy, Harry Potter, Brave New World and 1984 and Animal Farm, Geek Love, Snow Crash, Altered Carbon. And certain authors: Oscar Wilde, Brett Easton Ellis, Douglas Coupland, PG Wodehouse, Hunter S Thompson, The three Bronte girls, Lovecraft, Stephen Frye, Iain Banks, Terry Pratchet, Francesca Lia Block, Edward Gorey, Lemony Snicket, William Gibson-especially Virtual Light. And I don't know why I like Stephen King's Gunslinger series so much. Sometimes I read "quest-for-the-sword" books, And I HATE the Giving Tree and the Rainbow Fish! They teach kids horrible values in the guise of selflessness! I also read pornography, lots and lots of pornography...
My friend Jesse..I miss her. And Rae for sometimes playing the cancer card. Jason, who is accepting and patient. He teaches me about nurturing long term friendships and be more accepting of people's shortcomings. And my Serena, the voice of reason, always right in her advice, amazing, creative woman who always has time for her friends, and proves to me that life always gets better.
