Music:
I love it all pretty much, it's just a matter of mood and frame of mind. My music collection includes rock, hip hop, electronica, jazz/blues, franco, latin, 80's, industrial/goth.
Movies:
I like weird, "repertoire", foreign, as well as run of the mill stuff, again, depending on the mood. Pink Floyd's "The Wall" is awsome, as well as "Delicatessen". Saw Crash recently (the new one) ... very good. Layer Cake too, great movie! Johnny Depp, Tim Robins, Dustin Hoffman, Christopher Walken are all actors I enjoy. Also love Canadian cinema, such as Exotica, Last Night, Waydowntown, Crabe dans la tete, Maelstrom, etc ...Amongst my favourite movies: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Tarentino flicks (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, True Romance), Bladerunner, Fargo, Amorres Perros, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Requiem For a Dream ... the list goes on!
Television:
Battlestar Galactica (the new one!), West Wing, The Office, My Name is Earl, The Soprano's, Regenesis, Big Love, Huff, Stargate: Atlantis ... And now ... Dexter!Some of my favourite channels are The Documentary Channel, The Movie Network, Independent Film Channel, Space, and the CBC.
Books:
Anything by Margaret Atwood ... The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy ... Nerdy books on various serious topic, like war, globalization, philosophy, and so on ... On my shelf, not yet read: Mao. One of my favourite books of recent memory is "The European Dream".
