About Me

Right now I'm an actress, dancer, singer & songwriter. I have the most amazing daughter in the world! In my lifetime I have worked as a babysitter, concession stand clerk, retail sales clerk, dancer, cartoon voice, video store clerk, karaoke hostess, singer, radio voice, actress, background singer, secretary, dance teacher, car-show hostess, songwriter, make-up artist and calligrapher - but my current and all-time favourite "job" so far is as a mommy. Check out www.myspace.com/dianakaarina for my music.Hmm.. I'm pretty old fashioned but and I have waaaay too much fun.I don't smoke, but OHMYGOODNESS this commercial is hilarious.
I edited my profile at MySpaceSupport.com , check out these Myspace Layouts !

My Interests

Music, acting, reading, writing, all my pets, my daughter. She is amazing. Old movies, Disney, novels. Crafting, making things, playing my piano, badly playing my guitar (but getting better!) and anything with a twisted sense of humour. Laughing!

I'd like to meet:

Fred Astaire, but I can't.

Music:

Soooo many. I'll add a new one every day if you let me. Standards, Disney songs, musicals, 80s tunes, good driving songs, fun pop punk dance around songs, heartrending ballads, hockey game music, EVERYTHING.

Movies:

The Princess Bride, In the Good Old Summertime, Roman Holiday, Four Daughters, Pirates of the Caribbean, Singin' in the Rain, Army of Darkness, Gone With the Wind, White Christmas, Holiday Inn, Easter Parade, Casablanca -- all the Disney movies. All the old musicals. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Something's Gotta Give, The Holiday -- I could go on and on. Anything with Fred Astaire.

Television:

I love TCM. Truly, I don't watch much tv -- but I always have it on for background noise. Lately it's Treehouse all the time, but I can't help but love Dancing With the Stars.

Books:

The Princess Bride, all Jane Austens, The Pyrates, Letters From a Nut, Dostoevsky, Dickens, lots. I am an avid avid reader. Mary Stewart, Roddy Doyle... sooo many.

Heroes:

Fred Astaire.
