Music Your Mother Wouldn’t Like

Fake Accent

About Me

So not really a band. Limited gigs and lack of decent singing. General non-belief in music from members and respective parents. As expected no label interest, no deal and I doubt ever an album. Lack of cohesive image and direction, though I hope a certain charm and charisma exists throughout. Lack of friends who come to every gig to make us look bigger than we already are (2). Described as "Punk, spunk, God, sod. [General] Misuse of iconography. Misunderstanding of Punk [with a] Fake accent. I suppose then just Music Your Mother Wouldn't Like.

Reviews of Us

'Lurch reminds us what punk is all about. In the same vein as Art Brut, they make music that is in your face and knows it. It's kinda lo-fi, which works out very well, and they know how to make a ruck...
