My name is Kristen (Manheim) Rogde. I am going through a divorce after a 19 year and 7 month relationship/marriage, but who's counting? So I am living on my own now in Gouldsboro and working in Jonesport. Both are small towns in Maine. I would prefer living in a little larger city, but I have gotten used to it. Its peaceful, if nothing else..........I own & operate a "small" business, Coastal Engraving. It is small in the sense that I run it from the house, but large in that my customer base spans from Maine to Alaska & almost every coastal state in between. I really enjoy it & I love being my own boss, it gives me the freedom to do what I want, when I want to do it..........I have three children(adults now), (Charlie 22, Mat 24, & Rachael 26) the older two are my step kids. It sounds cliche, but its true, I love them like my own. They are all grown, gone & out on there own. But we all stay in very close contact..........I admit that I am a little high maintenance. I love shopping. My weakness is shoes, boots & purses, ok & clothes. I know what I like and I am able get it if I want it. I am self-supportive for the most part, so I dont really have to rely on others to get me those things...........My "new" love for country music (all thanks to Mat, long story about a truck, head injury & the recovery process) has turn into quite an addiction. I just love it & I love to dance so they go hand in hand. I try to go to as many concerts as I can possibly get away with. And then there is "NashVegas". I plan to go there every June for the CMA Music Festival. I went in 2006 & 2007, it was the MOST fun I have EVER had. It's music all day, all night, & into the wee hours of the morning. As an added bonus, my sister(who is also my bestest friend)comes up from Florida so I get to spend the week with her which makes it twice as fun. I cant wait until June 2008!!!
