Paul Magalad was born in Quezon City, the Philippines in 1970. He has studied in America and in Australia, completing a diploma in Design for industry, fashion and textiles in Perth in 1992. Since then, he has developed a range of urban post-modern semi-couture inspired clothing under the label SAN PAREDES. His work has appeared in numerous journals throughout Australia, the Asia pacific region and United States. He now resides in downtown Los Angeles.
