About Me

Born & raised in Minnesota (Twin Cities area). The 3rd of 5 children and only boy. Wonderful family. Travelled abroad during the summer between my Jr & Sr year in HS. Went to Brasil Started working right out of HS. Got married at 21. Have 2 wonderful daughters. My youngest followed in my steps and also travelled abroad with AFS like her dad and also went to Brasil. Met a great guy and currently living in Phoenix AZ. Our plan is to make our final move to New Mexico (NOT Mexico) by 2008. Have great friends but always seeking more. All I ask is you be interesting, open minded and fun.

My Interests

Travelling, camping, photography, reading, theatre and cooking.

I'd like to meet:

More GLBT people. Or anyone that can enrich my life as my other friends have done. Oh, and Cher, Barbara Streisand, Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins and Lance Bass (okay I'm kidding about Lance Bass, NOT)

Music:

Anything before 1985, I love jazz, classical, most anything from the 60's and 70's, broadway musical scores and the Gypsy Kings.

Movies:

Love them all but my all time favorites are The Lord of the Rings trilogy and Star Wars episodes I - VI.

Television:

Six Feet Under - best television ever. Oh, and Strangers with Candy. Otherwise I'm a total news whore. Countdown with Keith Olberman, CBS Evening News (now with Katie Couric), Hardball, and faux news The Daily Show & The Colbert Report.

Books:

Currently my friends first novel DISTEMPER by James Nulick soon to be released (Oct. 1 2006). Anything by Stephen King or Anne Rice. Biographies & Autobiographies (of interesting people).

Heroes:

My father (although I'm sure he doesn't know it). Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela.
