NEMO

Nemo was founded in autumn of 2004 by Alek /vokal, guitar/ and Koko /drums/. They were playing together before. A few weeks later the bass player Georgi Cvetkov /ex- Slang/ joined the band and Nemo started hard working on their repertoire and doing some records at Georgi’s home studio. As they recorded their first songs, the guys realized that they need a guitar player. Then Nemo was joined by Georgi, Koko’s bandmate in a previsious band. In such a membership they started playing in different clubs and continued working on their records. Three months later the band won the BG Talents competition with the song called “I don’t know why”(on Myspace.com called "Ne znam zashto"). Its lyrics was written by Nemo’s band manager Krasena Angelova. In early 2005 Georgi /guitar/ had an accident and he was unable to play for three months. However Nemo succeeded in their club gigs playing as acoustic trio. Unfortunately Krasena left the band and some weeks later Georgi /bass/ left it too. In spite of the difficulties the guys did not surrender and started looking for a new bass player. After a few months Yavor Razboinikov /bass/ joined the band. With their new enthusiastic bass player Nemo started a whole new period focusing especially on their own music.
