Neon Sun Disorder are a band composed of two musicians (Mark Heffernan and Adrian Creaney) from a small town in the midlands of Ireland. They have released their first album (self-titled) in late summer 2005. It is made up of ten songs. They have received pleasant feedback from reliable resources i.e. their friends mainly! At the moment, vocals, guitars, keys, mixing and production is done by human Mark Heffernan, whilst the mutant Adrian Creaney masters the drums.
Said to have similarities to The Mars Volta, The Smashing Pumpkins and Sigur ros, the band hope to pursue another release in the not so distant future (when the experiences of life have filled their stomachs to a whole). Greatly inspired by Hydra Heads Thinking Mans Metal, Neon Sun Disorder are always willing to experiment with music, learning from others and enjoying the sheer diversity and energy generated in the nature of sound.
