PLUNK TONE was formed in St.-Petersburg in 2000. In time, past from the moment of formation, the structure of collective, and also a vector of musical development repeatedly varied. The group has taken part in more than 100 concerts in various cities of Russia and behind its limits.
PLUNK TONE playes heavy music in its modern treatment, aspiring not to limit stylistic frameworks of separately taken musical direction.
Now we are working at the material for the second album which stylistics we have characterized, as progressive math metal. In band there has come a transition period and we have been decided to refuse many old songs and to concentrate on the NEW perspective material. Now we actively write down it at studio and we shall try to give it up to you as soon as possible. The release of an album is planned for autumn of 2007.
