ABOUT FOURFIFTEEN RECORDINGS
FourFifteen Recordings is a Multi-Dimensional Independent Recording Label founded in 2003. Originally was formed by the artist, Les Paul aka LP SOUND, as a music production publishing, and distribution outlet. The label's music and sound is stabilized in having a strong, ongoing development into its own flavor. Heavily influenced by abstract, psychedelic hip hop instrumentals, intelligent drum and bass, chilled out trip-hop samples or loops, a vast collection of soulful house grooves, and its thorough 'crate digging' study of vinyl, which has thus effectively lead to its own imprint on the Electronic and Hip Hop Music Genre and Lifestyle.
FourFifteen Recordings continually pushes the envelope on music experimentation by specializing in Custom Made CD/Tape Mixes, Tracks and Compilations (which can be delivered via mail or online file transfers) for any Mobile DJ, Club DJ and/or DJ/Producer to use at an event or in studio. Plus an always current use of the new and innovative program Ableton Live for both On-The-Spot LIVE PA Shows and In-House Music Production, give the label the ability to create original musical scores for Movies, Television Shows, and Commercials; as well as Soundtracks to Sound FX for Video Games or Ringtones. Including a user knowledge of ALL forms/types of DJ Equipment (Technics, Rane, Allen & Heath, Numark, Gemini, Sony, etc) and an up to date knowledge of both Windows and Apple Macintosh PC Platform based software, i.e. Logic, ProTools, Reason, and Serato or Final Scratch.
FourFifteen Recordings creates original beats, music, and samples. Any other songs or compositions containing material not created by the artist will have credit and/or royalties shown to their respective creator(s). FourFifteen Recordings does not condone 'pirated' music, but insists that the music it uses by other artists or bands are either downloaded legally or given permission from said artists or bands (*except for white label promos - no artist or band known).
FourFifteen Recordings reserves the right on Any Sale(s) of beats, music, and samples - to be made on a per project basis (* except for the in cases where client or producer just wants one single loop or sample - which may only be sold individually at the lowest rate of $1.00 for a multi-track 4 bar or 8 bar loop, otherwise for $.25 cents for single bar loops). Loops and Samples may contain music or samples from other artists or bands, in which case the final production credits must include where the sample came from.
PLEASE DO NOT Contact FourFifteen Recordings about studio time or editing any 'completed' track, tracks previously recorded, or any tracks in its final production state. If you want a track or track(s) to be 'edited', FourFifteen Recordings has the ability to do 'remixes', but ALL original material and/or pieces for the track must be sent or given for the project before, during, or after negotiation of said project. (Must be 4 Bar or 8 Bar Loops - Must Include BPM in File Name - Please include contact info, Song/Sample Credit Info).
FourFifteen Recordings Accepts these File Formats: .WAV or .AIFF, We even accept Mp3 or .Mp4 at but not Protected AAC Format. ALL FINAL PROJECTS and MASTERS will be output to .Mp3 Format.
