About Me

I am an Asteroid.

I am a drifter. I go where life leads, which makes me usually a very calm and content sort of person. That or thoroughly apathetic. Usually I keep on doing whatever I'm doing, and it takes something special to make me change my mind. What Video Game Character Are You? .."425" height="350" 33

Music:

I'm a product of my father's music. Lots of classic rock, though I've never been a fan of Zepplin or Floyd. I'm less into psychedelic rock or screechy male voices. Instead, my all-time favorite band is Fleetwood Mac (yes, the money-making incarnation). I've been head over heels in love with Stevie Nicks since her HBO concert for the Bella Donna tour back in '81. I'm also a big fan of Clapton (solo stuff more than with a band), the Corrs, Dire Straits, Peter Gabriel, Genesis, Sarah McLachlan, Heart, Remy Zero, Bruce Hornsby & the Range, Don Henley, and just about anything from the '80s top 20-40 lists. I also really dig movie scores, the darker the better. Love me some Gladiator (Zimmer), Batman (Elfman), Road To Perdition (T. Newman), Batman Begins (Zimmer/Howard), Bubba Ho-Tep (Tyler), The Passion of The Christ (Gabriel), Vampires (Carpenter)...and SO many more.

I've also recently become a BIG fan of The Mighty Regis and you can usually find me at Molly Malone's on Fairfax every Thursday night to check 'em out.

Movies:

Totally not fair to ask a guy like me about favorite movies. I guess, if I were forced to choose, I'd say that my perfect movie is Road to Perdition. The combination of story, performances, mood, cinematography (my GOD, the cinematography!), score... While it's not the best movie ever made, by any stretch, it is probably my favorite.
But I'm a fan of anything and everything. Drama, comedy, horror, romantic comedy... I love it all. I mean, every movie has the potential to be good. Unless Vin Diesel's in it. And, yes, as far as I'm concerned, that includes Pitch Black. The only exception is Saving Private Ryan, but at least he dies first.

You scored as Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones is an archaeologist/adventurer with an unquenchable love for danger and excitement. He travels the globe in search of historical relics. He loves travel, excitement, and a good archaeological discovery. He hates Nazis and snakes, perhaps to the same degree. He always brings along his trusty whip and fedora. He's tough, cool, and dedicated. He relies on both brains and brawn to get him out of trouble and into it.

BIG thanks to all the Sonic fans that have made producing this box set such a joy. So far, I've seen SO many videos of people waiting outside their Best Buys at midnight and purchasing the set, but this one is probably the most in-depth. Go out and buy it!!
