bend and not break.....

About Me

I love deep, spiritual conversations but also can be extremely goofy anytime. Im usually shy and quiet but once comfortable, I loosen up. My first love of course is my princess and prince, Alexis and Jeremiah. If I had a chance to go back in the past, I would still choose their existence and I respect those people that supported me from the beginning. I crave independence thats probably why i'll never marry. Loyalty is what I value and expect the most. But even if that person disappoints me, holding a grudge no matter how much i attempt to is not my best point. i eventually cave in. then again, thats only to people that are sorry.

My Interests

shopping for cool, vintage stuff, buying lotsa books at Barnes while hanging out with my daughter at starbucks drinking vanilla frappucino, eating sushi or having a pasta party with friends after a workout, going to rock concerts and getting moshed (damn kids!)

I'd like to meet:

anyone that is not superficial but sincere. dislikes person who has a fixed notion about certain types of people and judges them for whatever it may be. anyone that can put up with whatever I have to say, negative or positive, not someone that i have to walk around eggshells for.

Music:

80's new wave, indie stuff like the stills, deathcab for cutie, dashboard confessional (lead singer chris carraba is my future husband), thursday, the cure, sparta, N.E.R.D. and Disney radio...and anything i can shake my ass to :)

Movies:

The Lord of the Rings, Thirteen, Passion, Shawshank Redemption, Harry Potter

Television:

I dont really watch t.v. except for Nick and Oprah

Books:

One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, East of Eden, any of C.S. Lewis' books (great great author) especially the book i'm currently reading my daughter Moonie, The Chronicles of Narnia. Also love children classics like The Velveteen Rabbit. But mine and Alexis' all time favorite is Love you Forever by Robert Munsch (always make me cry) Yeah, i'm a sap and a book worm.

Heroes:

Alexis and Jeremiah for their love of life...and teaching me the simplicity of it.
