WYNARDTAGE (official)

Seit nun mehr über 6 Jahren betreibt K. Arnold das Projekt Wynardtage (davor war er in div. Projekten wie z.B. I.p.X., Souls in Diary oder auch Sensogen integriert). Musikalisch hat sich das Projekt im Dark Elektro-Bereich angesiedelt, und stetig weiterentwickelt. Mit dem Debütalbum „Waste Of Time“ (2005) konnte Wynardtage die "schwarzen" Tanztempel der Nation im Sturm erobern. Titel wie "Sterbehilfe" oder auch "Figures in the Mirror" avancierten binnen kürzester Zeit zu Clubhits.
Neben vielen Interviews, Rezension und Samplerbeiträgen, u a. für die Magazine Orkus und Sonic Seducer, konnte man 2005/2006 mit der hauseigenen Samplerreihe „Lost In Darkness“ auf sich aufmerksam machen.
Die im Sommer 2006 veröffentlichten EP "Wynardtage meets Acylum - Lords of Darkness" wurde ebenfalls binnen kürzester Zeit zum Dauerbrenner internationaler Tanzflächen.
Mit dem 2. Fulltime-Album „Evil Mind“ gelang Wynardtage im November 2006 der endgültige Durchbruch in der Szene. "Evil Mind" schaffte den
Sprung auf Platz 5 in den DAC und konnte sich ebenfalls mehrere
Wochen in den Native 25 Charts festsetzen.
Am 19. Oktober 2007 erschien das bereits dritte Studioalbum
"Praise the Fallen" von Wynardtage. 12 DarkElectro-Hymnen
im unverkennbaren Wynardtage-Gewand, die gleichermassen harte
Beats und traurig-schöne Melodien in sich vereinen, zielen mit
markanten Vocals und überaus geschickt inszenierten Sprachsamples
direkt auf die internationalen Tanzflächen der Clubs. Auch das dritte Album konnte sich in den DAC + Native 25 Dj-Charts festsetzen.
Im Mai 2008 wird die neue Maxi "Peace of Mind" und die Best of 2002-2005 CD "The Forgotten Sins" erscheinen. Ein neues Studio-Album ist bereits für Ende 2008 geplant...
For more than six years K. Arnold has headed up the project Wynardtage. Musically, this audio powerhitter finds its home in the dark electro field for which it was targeted from the beginning. Not only thought as "food for the dancefloor" they convince beyond the clubs too, with their manifold and innovative sounds and emotional lyrics. After several top-five rankings (german alternative album charts/DAC) in the years 2006 and 2007, wynardtage now belong to one of the greatest acts in the international gothic-ebm/industrial culture. 2008 is aready planned to see the release of the fourth studio-album!
