Failing forward never felt so good.
My day defines my week. No forecasting is needed; Friday and Saturday nights are guaranteed. This is my future percolating by design. Dear alarm: I hate you (but thanks for all your help). I live for what I do and I do it for a living. So, I'll keep fighting the battle at twenty-four with a smile on my face and a foot in the door.

I don't know what I'm doing, but I know what I have done.
My investors stopped paying for semesters so I sought services with the Mouse. And somewhere along the way, I acquired a house. Frequenting the smokey bars (and I hate smoke), I'm usually jacket-wrapped and fetching free hands to shake with mixed drinks and emotions. If you can find me then please remind me that I'm twenty-three and I've yet to see the best of me.

Secretly, I have conquered twenty-two years of existence and the art of aging. I still continue to remain unpredictable. I’ve been thinking like a mastermind and yet I haven’t mastered mine. This life is like a rollercoaster and if it suspended me upside-down I think that’s the only time I’d ever die laughing with a rush of blood to the head.

2004
This is the revision of who I am.
I haven't changed, but I have a new perception. Twenty-one years ago I managed to sneak out before my dad could. I continue to remain unpredictable. Single handedly raised by my mother with one sister, I grew up with routines that involved hiding leftovers in napkins, eating paste for pleasure, etc. Thirteen years of public school (that's K-12) got me into college, laid, and an insatiable craving for Dr. Pepper. In due time I'll be out in the hustle, transcending the limits and debating if I want to play Solitaire or Snood. Trust me, I'll always be adventurous; I climb three flights of stairs everyday just to get to my apartment. I want to see the world and experience more than just meeting Mickey. For now, I'll keep studying, shooting pool, and conversing.
