Music:
Oh yes, definitely a resounding yes. I love music. Without music I would be a mere shell of who I am.... probably even less. In no way could I begin to explain my eclectic musical interests, let's just leave it at mary likes music- from classical to funk to bluegrass and rock n roll.
Movies:
After the 48 hr film festival... I see things in a completely different light. Very inspiring.. can't wait to work on more films in the future. Most recent favorite? Stranger than Fiction. As far as the standards go (in no particular order): History of the world part one, the kill bills, lotr, princess bride, pixar animation, office space, the life aquatic, high fidelity, bueller, big lebowski, amelie, willy wonka (with gene wilder), princess mononoke, the breakfast club, cocktail, goonies, memento, top gun.... documentaries and historical fiction...
Television:
right now? LOST......when there aren't LOST episodes to watch, I like family guy. the office. anything on the discovery, national geographic, science and history channels. especially underwater shows and documentaries about reefs and deep sea exploration.. Don't really watch tv that much, but that's what I like when I do. But now that I have a Wii-- my tv (and everyone else's tvs) are getting a lot more action....
Books:
house of leaves, hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, anything shakespeare, harry potter, the alchemist, le petit prince, walden, most anything by poe, the hobbit and the lord of the rings, the musician's soul, most off the wall random stuff, like vonnegut and christopher durang... and the last harry potter was the best book of the series. What good would other books be without the dictionary, though? Definitely one of my favorites.
Heroes:
