Hiya,
Let's get one thing clear i'm strong minded and have alot of opinions. If you don't like it then please leave now!!!
I have many issues close to my heart. Firstly and most importantly I believe that anyone who harms animals for fun is scum. Yes you guessed it, i'm VEGETARIAN.
I know people must be thinking "well if you're so into animal welfare then why arn't you vegan?". In answer to that it's a working progress (getting there slowly but surely Stevie)
Just take a moment to think before the next time you eat a poor defenseless animal. Animals have just as much right to live as us humans do!!!
"I've always felt that animals are the purest spirits in the world. They don't fake or hide their feelings, and they are the most loyal creatures on Earth. And somehow we humans think we're smart- what a joke."- P!NK (enough said)
Another thing important to me is my religious side. I'm not a church goer nor have never felt the need to go other than christenings, funerals and weddings. However, these past years have been hard and it's always been a sense of relief to pray in hoping that someone is watching closely over those I care for. Not alot of people know that, but they've never asked to be fair.
What's next. Ah yes my career. I did the BTEC National Award in Early Years Level 3 at Newcastle College from 2005-2006. And through that i'm now a qualified Nursery Nurse Assistant. However I do have higher ambitions and i'm currently doing the BTEC National Diploma in Early Years also is a Level 3 course. I'm doing this course at South Tyneside College as I got sense and left Newcastle as they clearly had a lack of organisational skills and well no clue on the units I studied. I started the course in 2006 and if i'm successful will complete it in 2008 (fingers crossed). What can I say I love it. Although there has been a few rough patches relating to other students it was definately the best decision I could of made. I've made some pretty fab friends. Judging by my past experience on placements in schools the 4-5 age range is definately my favourite and would like to work with this age group in the future. Once i've finished the course i'd like to go onto university to do Primary Education (Early years of course)....Watch this space.
Nothing means more to me than my family and friends. I love them all to bits even though I don't always show it.
Now moving on. I'm generally a happy, outgoing and fun loving person. Even though I canmoan alot but then again don't we all like to moan now and again? But watch out, my mood can change very quickly. Now don't ask me why because if I knew that it wouldn't happen :P
My favourite singer of all time has got to be P!NK without a shadow of a doubt! She's a very independent woman that doesn't care what anyone thinks of her. She has high morals and does alot of work involving animal welfare. In particular PETA.....which i'm helping out alot lately. Go to www.peta2.com for information about petitions, and other ways to get involved to help stop animal cruelty.
I'm a person that says LOL alot, so get over it! If you don't like it then don't talk to me. I can only be who I am at the end of the day, and nothing that ANY of you are going to say is going to change that!
I'm always happy to make new friends so please feel free to drop me a message to say Hi =)
Anyways if you read all that you deserve a medal haha
Take Care,
Angela-Marie
