I'm a corporate lawyer based in New York City with an interest in the adult industry and its business model.My area of specialty is in Corporate Litigation for mass media entities, including intellectual property, specifically copyright, trademark, trade dress, domain name, licensing, and contract issues, managing trademark portfolios, trademark prosecution and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.I represent individuals on issues that truly interest me.
