i love art and music...funny how they go together. i enjoy being exposed to new forms of art and music.
anything tasteful, something that others may be passionate about will capture my interst.
real (that's not-fake). i like it when people are the way they portray themselves. i don't need to be impressed.

humor. laughing so hard and long my jaw hurts the next day.
sex.
soberly entertaining myself and others. do we really need to bathe in drugs and alcohol to embellish life?

i would like to live on a boat.
i would like to live off the land.

Music:
i sing very loudly in my car. music makes a mood. a very important aspect of my life is music. i constantly have music playing. sometimes i become a little obsessed when i find something new i like, and i'll listen to it over and over again. some of my favorites are reggae, ambient d&b, funky hipped out beats and lyrics, and most recently indie rock. i'll listen to almost anything;
aphex, bjork, deelite, leftfield, bob (marley), peter tosh, kruder and dorfmeister, UR, gorillaz, white stripes, ya ya's, radiohead, shadow, richie and plastikman, paul johnson.....
Movies:
i'm more into different forms of entertainment, but i've been watching movies before bed lately. its kind of a nice way to wind down, clear the head, and elevate my feet before bed. scary movies and anime, mostly. i rarely can sit through a movie without falling asleep. i do also enjoy nice charcter developed "boring" stories, such as napoleon dynamite, the royal tenenbaums, and donnie darko.
Television:
not for me. a way to kill time. sessile and completely unstimulating.
Books:
i love to read. i think its a fabulous exercise for the imagination. im into short stories right now (ironically as a result of the NOVEL class i just took). they are easier to finish, and therefore are encouraging to people who try to make time for books, but have a hard time doin it. i just finished the first volume of the Unicorn Chronicles with Juliette. that was an awesome book too. extremely imaginative, filled with vivid descriptions, and a nailbiting storyline.
Heroes:
i did it!
