Hiking, long walks, reading (non-fiction. Recently reading more fiction thanks to an "evil" presence in my life). Museums, travel (Peru this summer, Italy last summer), most types of music, and a good challenge. I also enjoy a good conversation over coffee (I try to avoid politics and religion, but I am game if you are).
