About Me

"You can compare it with the feeling you get after tearing down a wall with a sledgehammer..."
It all started in the autumn of 2005 as four "Helfether Jongens" ("Helfeth Boys") who grew up together decided to form the hardcore band "Running Man". Having the same passion for hardcore music and the same goals, the four members Jens (vocals), Frank (bass), Sascha (guitar) and Flap (drums) soon found a common concept and style. It ranges somewhere in between 80s-S.E.-Hardcore, scandinavian HC as well as Trash- and Speedcore.
Powerful, often melodic basslines, hard and fast guitar riffs, machine-gun-drums and brute, meaty vocals are the trademark of these four guys.
After relaesing their Demo-CD in Summer 2006 now the first FULL-LENGHT-ALBUM "HEARTCORE" is waiting to get launched!
