I am the guy that helps out on CheapVitamins.com . They got a lot of great products there at cheap prices. I may lend my space out to promote some of the products on there but I'm also here to get down to business and talk about things going on in the Gym, working out and overall health and fitness. Each of us may approach our fitness lifestyle from different angles. I personally like going for lean defined muscle and stamina because in my off hours I got to get up on stage and rock out. Lights and jumping around to rock music can be a workout in its self and I don't want to look like dead weight up on stage!
