About Me

Somewhere in my 23's seems to be the place to be these days. Months later but years older, and sure as shit feeling it. I hate potatoes, tomatoes, and ignorance, and really have quite a distaste for buggery. Don't ask me about music unless you have a couple hours to finish the conversation. As long as you have an opinion on music beyond "THAT HAS A GOOD BEAT, AND I CAN DANCE TO IT", I can find some respect for you. Unless you're in the advertising industry.

My Interests

fistfights, violence, ignorance, two-faces, tom & jerry, and hatred

I'd like to meet:

MacGyver. Not an actor, MacGyver.

Music:

Tool, Bad Astronaut, Lagwagon (we all have a man-crush on Joey Cape), Ten Foot Pole, NOFX, Propagandhi, The Decemberists, Rise Against, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, VAST, The Toadies, Motion City Soundtrack, Local H, Lucky Boys Confusion, Primus, Mars Volta, Lily Allen, Thrice, Teen Idols, Lamb of God, December, Badly Drawn Boy, No Use For A Name, Bad Religion, and quite a bit more, thats just a taste so take a big lick...

Movies:

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Raising Arizona, What The @&#$! Do We Know?, The Devil's Rejects, Cable Guy, Napoleon Dynamite, Kontroll,

Television:

Futurama, The Simpsons, Reno 911, South Park, Conando O-Brieno, Dead Like Me, Pushing Daisies, Arrested Development (R.I.P.)... I miss cable TV, but that's what good neighbors are for.

Books:

a frightening amount of Dean Koontz. Lately Chuck Palahniuk. Weasels in a Box. Sudden Noises from Inanimate Objects. Still Life With Woodpecker. 1984 has my heart.

Heroes:

I know I have remained true through the years MacGyver, but Les Stroud, aka SURVIVORMAN has been seated at the throne. www.survivorman.ca

Once you have been tagged, you are to write a blog containing 10 weird or random things about you. At the end of the blog, you are then to choose 10 other people to "tag." Then you must...

we are having a heavenly time

It's a wonder why people don't constantly try to find new "ah-HAH!" moments in their life.  You can't get too wrapped up in what's happened in the past and end up almost mechanically reacting to ...

too many dark alleyways

Trust is far more important than I once thought it was.  It cannot be bought or sold, and time is just about the only thing that will create trust.  Don't be a fool and trust someone simply ...

there seems to be some kind of break in a pattern

I left on lunch break and hustled ass over to the newly-closing Tower Records.  To my dismay, they did not carry new releases anymore.  15 minutes into my 30 minute break, I decided to bust ...
